1f) Attendance & Tardiness Expectations
1. Arrival Time for Coaching Sessions
Coaches are expected to arrive at the facility 15 minutes prior to their scheduled session.
This applies to both one-on-one training sessions and group coaching sessions.
2. Preparation for One-on-One Sessions
Coaches should be ready to meet new clients at the front desk or lobby at least 5 minutes before the session starts.
This includes having equipment ready and session plans written on the whiteboard.
3. Class Readiness
For classes, coaches must be completely set up at least 5 minutes before the session.
This includes:
Setting up equipment
Completing the whiteboard setup
Assigning spots and stations.
4. Sales Preparation
Coaches should send confirmation texts and prepare for discovery calls or no sweat intros 10 to 15 minutes in advance.
Review previous communication with clients to ensure readiness.
5. Follow-Up After Sessions
Spend 5 to 10 minutes after sessions for follow-up tasks, such as:
Setting up clients for no sweat intros
Writing notes from the session in the client's profile.
6. Front Desk Responsibilities
Arrive 5 minutes early to manage personal items and prepare for the shift.
Ensure phones are put away to maintain focus and attentiveness during the shift.
