1f) Attendance & Tardiness Expectations


1. Arrival Time for Coaching Sessions

  • Coaches are expected to arrive at the facility 15 minutes prior to their scheduled session.

  • This applies to both one-on-one training sessions and group coaching sessions.


2. Preparation for One-on-One Sessions

  • Coaches should be ready to meet new clients at the front desk or lobby at least 5 minutes before the session starts.

  • This includes having equipment ready and session plans written on the whiteboard.


3. Class Readiness

  • For classes, coaches must be completely set up at least 5 minutes before the session.

  • This includes:

    • Setting up equipment

    • Completing the whiteboard setup

    • Assigning spots and stations.


      4. Sales Preparation

  • Coaches should send confirmation texts and prepare for discovery calls or no sweat intros 10 to 15 minutes in advance.

  • Review previous communication with clients to ensure readiness.


5. Follow-Up After Sessions

  • Spend 5 to 10 minutes after sessions for follow-up tasks, such as:

    • Setting up clients for no sweat intros

    • Writing notes from the session in the client's profile.


6. Front Desk Responsibilities

  • Arrive 5 minutes early to manage personal items and prepare for the shift.

  • Ensure phones are put away to maintain focus and attentiveness during the shift.
