FAQs & General policies

Friendship Fitness is built on a positive, safe, and high-performance environment. We expect all members to contribute to that standard. Anyone not upholding what it means to be a Friendship athlete or client may be asked to leave at the sole discretion of staff.
All clients must check in for every class attended.
Classes with two or fewer participants within one hour of start time may be canceled at the coach’s discretion. If this occurs, we will make every effort to communicate and provide an alternative plan.
Retail purchases must be made through your account. Please only take items that have been purchased that day.
Maintain proper hygiene and clean up all equipment after use.
Respect is non-negotiable. Our staff will always treat you with professionalism—we expect the same in return toward coaches and fellow members.

Family Discount: A 10% family discount is available to spouses and legal guardians living in the same household with active recurring memberships. If one family member cancels, the remaining membership may return to the standard individual rate.
Official Requests: All membership cancellations, holds, and billing changes must be submitted by email to info@friendshipfitness.com. Verbal, text, social media, or coach-directed requests are not considered official notice.
Membership Cancellations: A 30-day written notice is required. If a scheduled billing date falls within the notice period, that payment will process in full as the final payment. Members may continue attending through the end of the final paid billing period, even if that date extends beyond 30 days from the cancellation request. Final payments are not prorated or partially refunded.
Cancellations During a Hold: If a member cancels while their membership is on hold, the hold will end on the date the request is received. The regular monthly membership rate will process in full on that date, and the member will receive 30 days of active membership access. Time spent on hold does not count toward the required cancellation notice period.
Membership Changes: Requests to upgrade, reduce, or otherwise change a membership must be submitted by email. Reductions generally take effect on the next scheduled billing date, while upgrades may be applied immediately and prorated when applicable. Changes or cancellations may result in the loss of promotional, introductory, family, or grandfathered pricing.
Membership Holds: Holds are reserved for qualifying medical situations, pregnancy, or military deployment and may require supporting documentation. All approved holds must include a scheduled restart date. Vacation, work travel, temporary schedule changes, financial considerations, and general nonattendance do not qualify.
Membership Use: Memberships, punch cards, and class packages are assigned to the individual account holder and may not be transferred, shared, or used by another person.
Refunds and Expiration: Membership payments, punch cards, class packages, promotional purchases, and gift cards are non-refundable. Punch cards, class packages, promotional offers, and gift cards expire according to the terms provided at purchase. Unused classes do not roll over or qualify for a refund unless specifically stated in the membership agreement.

To maintain safety and class quality, the following policies apply:
Children under 8 must be directly supervised at all times.
Children 8+ who are well-behaved may remain in the front lobby Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm only.
If a child becomes disruptive, the parent is responsible for resolving the issue or ending their session.
Children must remain in the lobby unless participating in a coach-led youth session or private training.
Under no circumstances should children use equipment unless instructed by a certified coach.
These policies are in place to ensure safety and allow us to deliver the highest quality training experience. Evening hours do not permit children due to increased activity levels and safety considerations.
