Compete
COMPETE is where preparation meets performance. Through advanced strength training and conditioning, teenagers refine their skills, increase work capacity, and develop the confidence to perform when it matters most.
-
The COMPETE class is an all-inclusive strength program specifically designed for youth aged 12 and up.
This program creates a welcoming space where teenagers can take ownership of their health through a comprehensive approach to training that balances work capacity, endurance, and strength in a supportive environment.
-
A typical class works like this:
Coaches lead a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for the daily workout.
The first block features movement prep and strength. Coaches teach the main lift of the session, while using activation and mobilization exercises to help improve form.
Athletes perform the main lift alongside a secondary movement in order to build strength and power.
The second block focuses on volume, utilizing metabolic conditioning or hypertrophy training depending on the focus of the workout.
The session concludes with accessory work to improve joint stability and mobility.
-
By participating, your athlete will enhance their power, endurance, and overall strength.
Beyond physical gains, the program is designed to cultivate movement efficiency and increased work capacity while instilling vital life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and athleticism.
In this environment, teenagers are empowered to take full ownership of their health and personal growth through a series of challenging and rewarding physical sessions.
