Inside Friendship, you'll find a thoughtfully designed training environment built to support every stage of your fitness journey. Dedicated spaces for strength, conditioning, skill development, and recovery allow each program to have the room and equipment it needs while creating an experience that feels organized, intentional, and energizing.
Beyond the training floor, you'll find private changing rooms and showers, hydration and fueling stations, a kitchenette with an ice machine, and other amenities designed to make it easy to train and move seamlessly into the rest of your day. Above all, Friendship is a professional space that remains welcoming, personal, and deeply rooted in community.

Our in-house and online shop offers a rotating selection of apparel, accessories, training gear, and gift cards — along with a curated lineup of RD-approved snacks and supplements to support your performance, recovery, and daily nutrition.
We stock trusted, high-quality options like Ascent protein, high-protein bars, hydration support, and grab-and-go fuel — all intentionally selected and used by our team.
