DEVELOP
Through structured coaching, speed and agility work, strength fundamentals, and fun team-based activities, this program bridges the gap between early movement and athletic training.
-
Develop is designed for kids aged 5-8 years old.
The curriculum is specifically designed to bridge the gap between early movement exploration and structured athletic development.
-
A typical Develop class works like this:
Coaches lead a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for the daily workout.
The first block features anchor drills that focus on positional awareness for speed and agility work. These foundational drills help young athletes improve coordination and balance.
The second block focuses on speed & agility work.
The third block consists of a specific warm-up for the strength movement of the day, as well as a workout that consists of foundational movements. Athletes practice essential skills to build proper strength mechanics.
The session concludes with a game, allowing athletes to express themselves creatively. This promotes teamwork and a positive attitude toward fitness while keeping the environment fun and engaging.
-
In the DEVELOP program, young athletes will cultivate foundational motor skills through focused practice in coordination and balance.
The curriculum is specifically designed to build foundational strength mechanics through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
This program extends beyond physical growth to foster essential mental and social traits, including teamwork and discipline. Our goal is to inspire children to be active and find genuine joy in the journey of self-improvement as they develop greater strength.
