How we compete

  • A person is lying on a weight bench, lifting a barbell with red and black weights while a trainer watches and assists. The trainer is wearing a gray T-shirt with the word 'LIFT.' printed on it. The gym has various weight plates and equipment in the background.

    Super Max

SuperMax is our in-house strength event built for members  who want to test their limits.

Centered around max-effort lifts across both powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting, it gives athletes  the chance to chase personal records in a meet-style environment surrounded by their training community.

Whether you're lifting or cheering, SuperMax is a celebration of preparation, strength, and showing up when it matters.

  • Two women of different generations smile while holding barbells during an outdoor group fitness class, with other participants exercising in the background and a colorful blue-and-black mural behind them.

    Generations

Generations is one of our most anticipated community competitions.

Teams of three – each from a different decade of life come  together for  “cannonball-style” workouts that test teamwork, strategy, and adaptability in an unmatched atmosphere. .

More than a competition, Generations celebrates  what happens when experience, energy, and community train together.

  • A man and a young girl at a park. The girl is on a pink bicycle with training wheels, giving a thumbs up. The man is pedaling a stationary exercise bike, smiling. Both are outdoors on grass, with trees and parking lot in the background.

    Run Ride Regatta

Run Ride Regatta takes training outdoors with a summer endurance event built around rowing, biking and running.

Designed to test  sustained effort and teamwork, this event highlights the power of shared challenges.

Available as an individual, team or family effort.

  • People participating in an outdoor acro yoga or partner yoga class, doing handstands against a container with graffiti art, on a grassy field, with trees and a clear sky in the background.

    Masters

Masters is where experience meets performance.

Designed for athletes  35+,  this event highlights  the strength, resilience, and consistency built through years of showing up and doing the work.

It’s proof that performance doesn’t have an expiration date—and that some of the most inspiring and strongest athletes  in our community are just getting started.
