2g) CLOSING: Check Next Days Programming
1. Review Tomorrow's Programming
Check the next day's programming at the end of the day.
Example: For Thursday, the programming includes rope climbs and eco bikes.
2. Prepare Equipment for Rope Climbs
Get the ladder out of the shipping container.
Pull out the ropes and lay them out under the rope climb station.
3. Hang Ropes for Coaches
If there is a tall person available, hang the ropes for the coaches.
This is a common courtesy to help out during busy times.
4. Check Next Day's Programming for Other Classes
Review programming for other classes, e.g., Thrive and Build.
Note if any additional equipment is needed, such as slant boards for Bulgarian split squats.
5. Clean Up the Space
Before closing procedures, clean the floor and reorganize equipment.
Move EcoBikes to their designated spots for the next day's classes.
6. Set Up for Success
Ensure the space is ready and equipment is set up for the next day.
Double-check the programming to help set coaches and classes up for success.
7. Emphasize Teamwork and Core Values
Remember the importance of the 'win-together' core value.
Focus on setting each other up for success as a team.
