Small Group Fitness Classes

Our small group fitness classes in Dublin, OH, allow friends and families to come in and train at their convenience. Your Coach will create customized programming for your group, whether it is a special occasion or a part of a bigger ongoing plan for your group!

Working in small group fitness classes, you will get the personal attention you need to ensure you are working at the optimal pace, using correct form to avoid injuries, and remaining accountable to reach and surpass your health and fitness goals. You will also be next to friends or family to push you, motivate you, and help you have the inspiration to get to the gym consistently! Some of our most successful groups have been training together for over 10 years every week and sharing in their incredibly successes together.

How does it work?

  • Talk to a few friends or family members who have a shared goal (3+).

  • Meet with your favorite Personal Trainer or Coach to organize your first session.

  • Each individual can measure BioMetrics and Performance assessments prior to starting with their Coach.

  • Design your plan for the group (together with your Coach), so you can maximize everyone’s progress.

  • Every month, individuals from the group will use data driven metrics to gauge progress with their Coach.

  • Adjust the group as needed, adding in new friends or adjusting the program!
